FN Logistics LLC has agreed to pay a $5.56 million class action settlement to resolve claims it violated California’s labor laws.

The FN Logistics settlement benefits current and former hourly, non-exempt employees who worked for FN Logistics in California between Jan. 13, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2024, as well as temporary workers from Adecco, Bluecrew, Personal HR, Randstad, Next Level Staffing, IWC, Compliant Care Staffing, Driven Talent and Eastridge during the same period.

The class action settlement also benefits the same class of workers under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) between Oct. 2, 2021, and Dec. 31, 2024.

FN Logistics is a supply chain management company that offers warehousing, distribution, transportation and other services. FN Logistics serves as the logistics and distribution arm of Fashion Nova, a fast-fashion retailer.

According to a class action lawsuit against FN Logistics, the company violated California labor laws by failing to pay employees all wages and overtime wages at the required rates, provide minimum wages, timely pay wages during employment or upon termination, reimburse work-related expenses, provide required meal periods and rest breaks, and issue accurate, itemized wage statements. The lawsuit also alleges that FN Logistics failed to provide required sick days and sick pay, suitable seating and suitable workplace temperatures.

FN Logistics has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $5.56 million to resolve the alleged wage and hour violations and other violations under California’s labor laws.

Under the terms of the FN Logistics settlement, class members can receive a cash payment based on the number of workweeks they worked during the class period. Class members who worked a higher number of workweeks will receive a larger share of the net settlement fund. Class members may also receive a PAGA payment based on the number of pay periods they worked during the PAGA period.

Class members may receive a combined payment that includes both a class payment and a PAGA payment.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Oct. 26, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the FN Logistics settlement is scheduled for Dec. 1, 2026.

If you received direct notice of the settlement by mail, you do not need to submit a claim. If you did not receive notice but believe you are a qualifying class member, you may submit a claim form to request a cash payment no later than Oct. 26, 2026.
