Alpha Baking Co. has agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims it failed to protect consumer information from a 2025 data breach.
The Alpha Baking settlement benefits individuals who received a data breach notice from Alpha Baking informing them that their private information was compromised in a data breach in January 2025.
