Sprayology Facing False Advertising Claims

By Jessica Tyner

Sprayology Sleep Ease The makers of Sprayology homeopathic sprays are facing consumer complaints that their products don’t work as advertised. Some of these customers have taken to Amazon to voice their complaints and share their personal experience with Sprayology.

One of these Amazon reviewers says Sprayology Sleep Ease Homeopathic Oral Spray simple doesn’t work, but she’s not ready to give it up just yet. Although her review was a negative one, she’s committed to trying it a few more times because she “did pay $22 for it.” Another anonymous reviewer says Sprayology had absolutely no effect at all. In fact, her Sprayology spray was so tame for this user that she recommended Sleepy Time Tea as a better alternative.

The Sprayology Promise

Sprayology Sleep Ease is supposed to help you go to sleep and stay asleep by simply spraying the homeopathic spray in your mouth. Marketing for the spray promises that it will relieve insomnia, have you waking up refreshed, and will even relieve anxiety.

Sprayology makes a number of other homeopathic sprays in addition to Sleep Ease. There’s a wide range of Sprayology oral sprays to help with everything from pain relief to “spray vitamins.” For some customers, these sprays do not work as advertised.

What Qualifies as False Advertising?

From a legal perspective, false advertising has very specific definitions and must fall into certain categories. For example, the advertising must be intended to deceive. It might push people into making purchases they otherwise wouldn’t make by way of deceptive language. Customers have a right to know the truth about what they’re buying without any false pretenses or hidden information.

If a company is making deceptive or misleading claims, they may be liable for false advertising. After all, when someone spends a pretty penny on a product, it should at least do a sliver of what it promises.
