Grand Theft Auto Pays Up for Sex Scenes

Attention gamers: If you feel you were misled by the “M” rating of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas First Edition, you may be receiving some money back or a replacement disc.

Payments are going out for the “Hot Coffee” class action lawsuit settlement against the makers of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas First Edition for marketing the game under an “M” (Mature) rating instead of “AO” (Adults Only). The class action suit claims that parts of the game could be modified and combined to display sexual scenes and that the false “M” label misled consumers about the game’s content.
