I was denied at first because I entered the wrong cell number on my initial claim, but I appealed their decision after I remembered the right number and I’m glad I did because their decision was reversed and I received a check in the amount of $225! This amount is much more than I expected, but I was billed for months before I realized it, and it was for a membership for a “ringtone” service I never signed up for.
