iPhone 4 Antenna Settlement Checks in the Mail!

Settlement checks for the iPhone 4 “Antennagate” class action went out last week to Class Members who submitted valid claims.
The checks were issued April 17, 2013 and provide a $15 cash award to iPhone 4 owners who experienced antenna issues and hadn’t already claimed a free bumper.
The iPhone 4 antenna settlement resolves a consolidated class action lawsuit (In Re: Apple iPhone 4 Products Liability Litigation) accusing Apple of selling the iPhone 4 with a defective antenna design that caused users to inadvertently kill the wireless signal simply by holding the phone a certain way.
The deadline to file a claim for the iPhone 4 class action settlement was August 28, 2012.
