The agreement addresses claims involving consumers who bought multi-pack offerings of specific keto products marketed for weight loss.

Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit claim that Global E-Trading worked with retailers in a pricing scheme that caused customers to pay more than they should have for Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto, and InstaKeto pills. The class action settlement benefits individuals who purchased three-pack or five-pack bundles of these products.

According to the class action lawsuit, the defect in specific Husqvarna models could cause arcing that posed a fire hazard to users. The class action settlement benefits consumers who purchased Husqvarna gas-powered grass string trimmers with model numbers 130C, 130L, or 330LK on or before Nov. 13, 2023.

Cigna health insurance provider network settlement

Cigna agreed to pay $1.07 million to resolve claims that it incorrectly categorized healthcare providers, leading to unexpected medical costs for patients. The class action settlement addresses allegations that the insurance company’s system errors resulted in patients incurring higher out-of-pocket expenses than anticipated.

The class action lawsuit alleges that Cigna’s administrative errors resulted in out-of-network providers being displayed as in-network to patients with LocalPlus plans. This misclassification reportedly led to consumers receiving unexpectedly large medical bills.

The class action settlement benefits individuals covered by a LocalPlus plan administered by Cigna who received treatment from an out-of-network provider that was incorrectly shown as in-network.

Claim Deadline: Jan. 5, 2026
Potential Award: Reimbursement for overpaid medical expenses

Nations Direct Mortgage cybersecurity breach settlement

Nations Direct Mortgage (NDM) has agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that it failed to adequately safeguard customer information that was exposed in a 2023 cybersecurity incident. The settlement addresses allegations that the company did not implement sufficient security measures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive personal data.

Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit claim that the December 2023 breach allowed hackers to access private information, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth. According to the lawsuit, NDM should have employed stronger cybersecurity protections to prevent unauthorized access.

The class action settlement benefits individuals who received notification from NDM about the December 2023 data breach.

The class action settlement addresses claims that consumers were not adequately notified about additional fees until the checkout process.

According to the class action lawsuit, the company charged mandatory service fees without proper upfront disclosure, allegedly violating California’s Honest Pricing Law. The lack of clear fee disclosure reportedly caused consumers to pay more than expected for their parking reservations.

The class action settlement benefits California residents who made reservations through airportparkingreservations.com or airportparking.com and paid a mandatory service charge at checkout between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025.

The settlement addresses claims that the insurance company applied overly strict criteria when evaluating the necessity of treatment.

The class action lawsuit alleges that Anthem used unreasonably restrictive guidelines to determine medical necessity for behavioral health services. This allegedly resulted in widespread denials of coverage for individuals seeking residential treatment for mental health disorders or substance abuse issues.

The class action settlement benefits individuals whose requests for residential behavioral health treatment were denied by Anthem since April 29, 2017, based on the company’s clinical coverage guidelines.

Claim Deadline: Jan. 20, 2026

The companies then allegedly used this information for targeted advertising without obtaining proper parental consent as required by law.

The class action settlement benefits individuals who were under 13 years old and watched content directed toward children on YouTube between July 1, 2013, and April 1, 2020.

The state attorneys general claim that customers were automatically enrolled in VIP programs that charged $49.95 per month unless they actively opted out each month. Many consumers reportedly were unaware they had been enrolled and discovered unexpected recurring charges on their accounts.

The multistate settlement benefits consumers in certain states who enrolled in a JustFab, ShoeDazzle, or FabKids VIP program before May 31, 2016.

Claim Deadline: Jan. 30, 2026

According to the lawsuit, the company allegedly used automated players in matches rather than real human opponents, misleading consumers about their chances of winning.

The class action settlement benefits individuals who had a Papaya account and made deposits in Papaya apps, including Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash, Bingo Cash, 21 Cash, and Triple Match Cash, between Jan. 1, 2019, and Sept. 5, 2024.
