Infosys McCamish Systems data breach settlement
Infosys McCamish Systems has agreed to a $17.5 million settlement to resolve claims that a 2023 data breach compromised the sensitive information of approximately 3.7 million retirement and life insurance customers.
The class action lawsuit alleges that Infosys McCamish Systems failed to implement reasonable cybersecurity measures, exposing sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, medical data, and account numbers. The class action settlement benefits individuals whose personal information was compromised in the breach.

Potential Award: Up to $6,000 in documented losses, two years of credit monitoring and a residual pro-rated cash payment of up to $599.
PetSafe electronic collar settlement
PetSafe and its parent company have agreed to pay $1.9 million to resolve allegations that they misleadingly marketed electronic dog collars as “harmless” despite potential risks of physical and psychological harm.
The class action settlement benefits consumers who purchased certain PetSafe electronic collars in California between Oct. 1, 2018, and Oct. 31, 2022.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 2, 2025
Potential Award: Varies based on the type of product purchased: $30 for each bark collar, $35 for each barrier product, $90 for each in-ground fence product, and $140 for each wireless fence product.
EyeMed data breach settlement
EyeMed has agreed to a $5 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it failed to protect consumer information during a June 2020 cyberattack.
According to the class action lawsuit, the breach compromised sensitive identifiers, including birth dates and insurance information, because the company allegedly failed to implement reasonable cybersecurity measures.
The class action settlement benefits individuals who received a data breach notification from EyeMed regarding the incident.

TreeHouse Foods frozen waffle recall settlement
TreeHouse Foods has agreed to pay $4 million to resolve claims that its recalled frozen waffles were contaminated with Listeria, posing a serious illness risk.
Plaintiffs allege they suffered financial losses when they had to discard the products and were not properly warned about the contamination.
The class action settlement benefits consumers who purchased frozen waffles from certain brands between Oct. 18, 2024, and Sept. 2, 2025.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 16, 2025
Potential Award: Full refund with proof of purchase or average retail price for up to two products without proof of purchase.
HelloFresh automatic renewal settlement
HelloFresh has agreed to a $7.5 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it violated California law by renewing subscriptions and charging consumers without their consent.
The HelloFresh settlement benefits California consumers enrolled in a HelloFresh automatic renewal subscription between Jan. 1, 2019, and Aug. 18, 2025, who were charged for their first shipment without their knowledge, canceled after the first shipment, and did not receive a refund.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 17, 2025
Potential Award: Cash refund of eligible fees.
Arhaus false advertising settlement
Arhaus has agreed to pay $6 million to resolve allegations that it deceived consumers by advertising furniture with misleading sale prices using inflated reference prices.
The class action settlement benefits California consumers who purchased products from the Arhaus website between April 2, 2020, and Sept. 18, 2024, and who listed both a sale price and a higher reference price on the product, and who have not received a refund or credit.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 19, 2025
Potential Award: Cash payment or store gift card.
Landmark Admin data breach settlement
Multiple insurance companies have agreed to a $6 million settlement to resolve claims that they failed to prevent a 2024 data breach at third-party administrator Landmark Admin.
The lawsuit alleges that the companies failed to implement reasonable cybersecurity measures, resulting in the compromise of Social Security numbers and financial data.
The class action settlement benefits individuals whose private information was potentially compromised in the breach between May 13 and June 17, 2024.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 26, 2025
Potential Award: A minimum $30 or more, based on documented losses
Jaguar Land Rover defective turbocharger settlement
Jaguar Land Rover has reached a settlement to resolve claims that certain vehicles were equipped with defective turbochargers that could cause engine damage.
Plaintiffs allege that the automaker was aware of the defects but failed to warn consumers. The settlement benefits current and former owners or lessees of specific Land Rover Range Rover Evoque (2013-2016), Land Rover Discovery Sport (2015-2017), or Land Rover LR2 (2013-2015) vehicles equipped with a brazed scroll turbocharger.

Potential Award: Up to $15,750 in reimbursements for eligible repairs
AARP Facebook privacy settlement
AARP has agreed to a $12.5 million settlement to resolve claims that it shared user information with Facebook via the Meta Pixel tool without consent, a violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA).
The class action settlement benefits individuals with a Facebook account who were AARP members or registered users of AARP.org and requested or obtained video content on the site between Sept. 27, 2020, and Sept. 12, 2025.
Claim Deadline: Dec. 31, 2025
Potential Award: Between $47 and $237.
TransUnion FCRA settlement
TransUnion has agreed to a $2.5 million settlement to resolve claims that it failed to honor requests to delete consumer information in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
The settlement benefits individuals for whom TransUnion sent Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) data through its Triggers for Collection product between Jan. 20, 2021, and Dec. 31, 2023, regarding information that should have been deleted per a PRA request.
Claim Deadline: No claim form required
Potential Award: Minimum $40.
