Amazon children’s nightgowns recall overview:

  • Who: Chinese importer Zegoo Home issued a recall for around 14,000 Zegoo Children’s Nightgowns sold exclusively on Amazon.com.
  • Why: The recall was initiated over concerns the children’s nightgowns are in violation of flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.
  • Where: The children’s nightgowns recall affects consumers nationwide.

About 14,000 Zegoo-branded children’s nightgowns sold exclusively on Amazon.com have been recalled over concerns they violate flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

The Amazon children’s nightgowns recall involves Zegoo-branded 100% cotton children’s nightgowns that are short sleeved, double-laced at the collar with a small ribbon bow and sold in the colors of light pink, pink and blue from April 2018 through January 2024 for between $13 and $17.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled children’s nightgowns, take them away from children and contact Zegoo Home — a China-based importer — with an image of the destroyed or thrown away garment to obtain a full refund.

China-based importer iMOONZZZ issued a similar children’s nightgowns recall in November 2023 for around 13,300 children’s nightgowns sold exclusively on Amazon over concerns the products posed a burn risk for children by failing to meet flammability standards.

Yet another similar recall was also initiated in April 2023 for more than 5,000 children’s nightgowns sold on Amazon by China-based importer Arshiner over concerns the sleepwear failed to meet federal flammability standards
