Windstream Communications is set to receive over 500 million dollars over the next few years from the FCC for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Yet after receiving a false charge on my cash app card i decided to investigate and found there were nearly 100 people that had the same issues. The charge comes across as Wsc Windstream Cmpts, which is an ungoverned part of the organization from Uraquay i believe. But its not scammers that are taking the money it’ s actually the company allowing it to take place . This is all done with the original sale being an advertisement for internet for 39.99 with the ability to get a 30 dollar credit from the ACP program. Only that part NEVER happens and the bill they hit you with is huge. Any communication with them will leave you so bewildered just over how the charges are listed and dont make any sense , nor do they even calculate correctly when added up. They are taking money from the consumers and are getting the 500 million because its a program endorsed by our FCC.

I have a Samsung refrigerator with the same issue. I bought it back in 2013 fro HH Greg I also purchased the 3 year extended warranty which I could renew every 3 years. After a year I had them come and and they replace the whole ice maker. About 4 months later it froze up again. The guy told me that the ice was blocking the airflow and that’s what was causing it. So I would just break the ice off for a while. Usually the next year I have him come out again. When they would come out they be like oh this is a new design to stop that from happening but it kept happening. That went on for about 4 years. After that every 6 months it would freeze up I would call the warranty people and have him come out. After about 2 years of that they dropped me cuz they were losing more money than they’re making. I found online by hitting a couple buttons on the screen I could do a automatic defrost. That worked for about four times and then that wouldn’t even work anymore so now I’m stuck with an ice machine that won’t make ice.
