Details: The Citibank credit card class action lawsuit alleges that Citibank raised interest rates on their credit cards for card holders who defaulted on their credit line or were delinquent in their payments without properly notifying Citibank card holders of the pending changes to their credit card account.
Citibank (and most credit card companies) have raised interest rates on card members who are late on their payments or didn’t pay their balance at all. These card members typically see their interest rates increased by 25 – 100% or more depending on their credit card agreement. If you had a Citibank credit card between May 5, 2002 and May 24, 2010 and Citibank raised the interest rate on your credit card due to a delinquent payment or default on your credit card you may be included in the Citibank Credit Card Class Action Lawsuit Settlement.
To submit a claim in the Citibank Credit Card Class Action Lawsuit you need to go to www.casenosacv06571.com and print out the claim form. You will need to provide your name, address and Citibank account number. Note, you don’t need to provide the expiration date to your Citibank account, just the account number. Sign and date the Citibank Credit Card Class Action Lawsuit Claim Form and send it to the address above (also listed on the claim form.) Remember, if you don’t sign and date the Citibank Class Action Lawsuit Claim Form your claim may be denied. Don’t forget to sign and date it!
