Settlements have been reached in a massive class action lawsuit accusing certain automotive parts manufacturers of engaging in a widespread price-fixing scheme.

The auto parts price-fixing class action lawsuits involve consumers and businesses who purchased or leased qualifying new vehicles or who indirectly purchased qualifying replacement parts from the defendants.

The plaintiffs assert that they paid more than they should have for their vehicles and/or replacement parts.

  • Yazaki and Yazaki North America Inc.
