I purchased 5 new vehicle and filed each claim separately. Someone adding all of my 5 vehicles together and gave me one claim number instead even though I had 5 different claim numbers. When I received my check the amount for 5 vehicles was a total of $100.00 I called the attorney and ask why did I only received $100 and I submitted five claims. They said it does not matters how many vehicles was filed they was only paying for one claim. Keep in mind there was five vehicles. They advertised you can get at least $100 so how much was the maximum amount?. I feels as though my claims was not filed correctly and know one care to address my concerns.
I finally received notification that I could access my $100. Unfortunately one cannot get the redemtion, onlyan error messahe saying, ‘Remtemption failed, something went wrong try again latter’. I have tried 17 times over several daysand finally spoke to a representative on their toolfree #, who told me after much delay(sic) that they have not resolved the issue yet’. And these clowns were appointed administrators by the court. I am inclined to believe it is all a scam. Perhaps there should be another class action against these dishonest administrators!
Not a thing,it went silent. May call for giggles next week.
I just called the 877 number, and it told me nothing; just to go to the website for more details. SMH.
This is truly sad, how long has this been dragging on
