Consumers filed the Aveeno baby wash class action lawsuit in 2013 against Johnson & Johnson. According to the plaintiffs, Johnson & Johnson changed its promotional material in 2013 and marketed their baby wash as made from “100% naturally sourced ingredients.” However, consumers say that the products contained 23 synthetic ingredients and only one percent of natural ingredients.

Allegedly, consumers were financially injured by this deception because had they known that the products were not all natural, they would not have purchased them or would not have paid as much as they did for them.

The deadline to file a claim was July 10, 2019.

Why does everyone leave comments like “please include me in the lawsuit” or “I haven’t gotten a check” etc… This is just a website to show you what’s available you then go to a completely DIFFERENT website and file a claim with that product/company pertaining to that class action . So any questions or concerns or comments should go to them. Topclassactions. Com can’t help with that. Guess my dad was right when he always said common sense isn’t real common!
