I am eligible for the capital one class action settlement, I’ve had an account for years.
I’m part of this settlement too. Still waiting after sending in my claim.
I’m still waiting on my payments from Monsanto and capital one and I’m still waiting on a payment on KCup one in 2021!
Include me
I was a victim of car buying scam, I walked into a dealer with a credit union loan at a low percent, suddenly I’m swept into a Dealer Finance loan without any understanding…now I’m stuck into a high percent loan as a 70 yr old!!!
$7,100 in Warranty! I’m a woman who asked lots of questions as an analyst. Appears this common practice with Acura . So I pay double for this car!!!
This is my second rip off from Dealership…Pearson Auto Made me turn in a recalled 2012 Sonata, keep me at dealership for 9hrs, coerced me to sign for new car…I did not choose, my blood sugar was soooo low. No offer of any food, when they were having a food party for Christmas. I have my story everywhere locally!
Now this.
Thank you for your listening ear, belief in us little consumers.

Next tie eat before you go. Your signature is good as gold sorry
I hope you know you should not stay “stuck” with a high interest loan… refinance through your credit union and see about buying an extra warranty through another dealer … look into then canceling the $7100 at the dealer … I believe in most extra coverages but the costs vary by car, dealer etc … good luck to you
Include you in what? The question was, were you eligible to join a class action. Reading is fundamental.
