Update from the President of TCA

Is it almost July already? Wow! June has flown by. It’s been quite the productive month here in Phoenix.

We have multiple active campaigns which have attorneys attached to them. If you took Avandia and had cardiovascular problems, Raptiva and experienced neurological problems or were a 24 Hour Fitness member and were charged fees AFTER you canceled, attorneys are waiting to hear from you. All of the active campaigns are listed in the Requested Settlements section of Top Class Actions.

What else is going on? We’re currently working with a class action group on a significant case that should be filed within the next few months. We were called by an attorney who doesn’t work class actions but identified a problem affecting consumers and asked Top Class Actions to partner them with an experienced team of class action attorneys to formally put it together and file the case. We’ve been working hard to get them all of the information needed and are optimistic that not only is the case sound, but, the consumers impacted will be QUITE happy with the outcome. In this instance, thousands of people are getting weaseled out of their hard earned cash and we hope to stop that. I’m sorry we can’t tell you more about it yet. Once the case is filed we’ll share the details!
