Do you own a Harley-Davidson motorcycle? Have you experienced an issue where you are unable to put the motorcycle in neutral when the bike is cold and must start it in gear? Update from the President of TCAIs it already the end of September? Wow. As you see above, it’s been a sparse month for consumer class action settlements. There are a number in process so we should see more in October. At Top Class Actions HQ we’ve been busy working with Settlement Administrators (those great folks who actually make sure you get paid when you submit a claim,) attorneys and settlement notification experts to get included in the advertising/notice campaigns for multiple class actions. This way we make sure that YOU are notified as soon, or before, the rest of the class. So far we’ve been included in multiple proposals and declarations to the courts so we believe we’re getting closer to making Top Class Actions a required addition to class notification campaigns. That’s our goal. You depend on us to tell you about all of the latest class action settlements, so we’re doing our best to make that happen. I was on ABC 15 News in Phoenix multiple times in September. You can check out the latest interview on the home page of Top Class Actions. I hope you like it! This is my third time and I really enjoy working with Joe Ducey. He’s a good guy who works hard to protect consumers and aggressively investigates companies that attempt to take advantage of us.
