Arizona election results under fire.

A group of Trump supporters filed a lawsuit in federal court alleging widespread voter fraud and challenging the Arizona election results.

The plaintiffs claim that due to rampant fraud largely connected with the state’s electronic voting system, the Court should order the Arizona election results to be de-certified and stop Gov. Doug Ducey and the secretary of state from transmitting those results to the Electoral College.

“The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as President of the United States, and also of various down ballot democrat candidates in the 2020 election cycle,” the lawsuit states, adding the “most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’”

According to the complaint, Maricopa County and other counties in Arizona using Dominion Systems unlawfully counted “hundreds of thousands” of illegal, ineligible or “purely fictitious” ballots “that collectively add up to multiples of Biden’s purported lead … of 10,457 votes.”

Dominion Systems derive from Smartmatic Corp. software, the lawsuit says.

“Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election,” the plaintiffs claim. “Notably, Chavez ‘won’ every election thereafter.”

“Documented, and intentional” flaws in Dominion’s security allowed foreign interference in the 2020 election, the plaintiffs say, offering a redacted declaration by a former military electronic intelligence analyst as evidence. According to this declaration, “the software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections,” including the 2020 presidential race.

An expert for the plaintiffs allegedly gave testimony showing thousands of votes must be tossed, including 219,135 “unreturned mail ballots unlawfully ordered by third parties,” 86,845 ballots that were returned but the state deemed unreturned, as well as thousands of others.

The plaintiffs claim that they are able to demonstrate Biden “received a statistically significant Advantage, based on fraud,” through the use of the Dominion machines.

Meanwhile, Maricopa County election officials offered to expand their inspection of ballots in the Phoenix metropolitan area, The Associated Press reported.

Arizona election results under fire.Arizona Republican Party chairwoman Kelli Ward — who also filed a lawsuit — was already looking for ballot irregularities among about 28,000 in Maricopa County that were duplicated by elections officials because voters’ previous ballots had been damaged or couldn’t be counted.

However, before a judge could make a ruling on Ward’s request, Maricopa County offered to review 2,500 more duplicate ballots.

“We put on a great election on Nov. 3, and we are happy to have people look more closely at it,” a lawyer representing county officials told the AP. “We have nothing to hide.”

The Arizona election results were certified Monday, and so far no evidence of voter or election fraud has surfaced, the AP reported.

Previous lawsuits challenging the Arizona election results have been dismissed, the Arizona Capitol Times reported.

Another lawsuit pending in Maricopa County Superior Court puts forth allegations that ballot envelope signatures weren’t checked properly; a trial in that case was scheduled to start Thursday.

“The entire process is so riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility that this Court, and Arizona’s voters, courts, and legislators, cannot rely on, or certify, any numbers resulting from this election,” the Arizona election results lawsuit argues.

The plaintiffs are seeking a laundry list of injunctive relief.

In addition to the order to de-certify the Arizona election results, the plaintiffs seek the immediate seizure of all servers, voting machines and other equipment used during the election, orders that the current results violate the Due Process Clause, a declaratory judgment that “mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling,” the “immediate production” of 48 hours’ worth of security camera footage from “all rooms used in Maricopa County” on Nov. 3 and 4, as well as other relief.

They also seek an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses.

They stole this election and are trying to change the laws so they can forever hold office and turn this into a socialist country. We have to fight for our rights in the Constitution instead of continuing to stand by and let them have their way as we have done in the past. Its time for us to make our stand and I do think the election was rigged and by no means an honest and fair election which negated our votes and there is videos to prove it that no one wants to take a look at. Please add me to this lawsuit.

I agree with the above statement. You say there is ‘nothing to hide’, then open it up by letting a forensic audit happen on the ballots and the internals of the vote machines ! You say you are open to it… Let’s do it — no games or questions — otherwise all Citizens and Americans are disenfranchised!!!
