Everyone is missing out on cash they can, and should, legitimately claim. Everyone.

People ask me why I started Top Class Actions. That’s it. That’s the reason. Because everyone deserves to get their share.

Our legal system designed class actions as a way to hold companies accountable for not keeping their word. It should! Someone has to hold them accountable because companies release defective products or promote stuff using false claims. Somebody’s gotta stand up to them!

The idea for Top Class Actions wasn’t so much a bolt of lightning as a serious d’uh.

This was in 2008. Back then I was traveling a lot. Spending time in airports and on online booking sites for tickets.

I kept seeing these advertisements for a settlement for Airborne tabs. You know Airborne, those little vitamin supplements that claim to boost immune systems. Well, what I read at the time, was that anyone who bought them could claim $63 from a settlement. No proof of purchase needed. What?!? That’s free money. I called my friends because everyone I knew had bought Airborne at some point to fight a cold and I wanted them to get their share.

When I started to look into it, I found that there were more settlements like this. I said there’s gotta be a website to track these easy-to-claim settlements.

Guess what? Nope. And so, Top Class Actions was born.

At first it was me writing up the settlement news, getting the word out about the money people could be claiming. My initial goal was to post about 10 settlements a week.

I said, it’s gotta work, it’s free money. It seemed like we were popular, the traffic to the website was growing, but we still had work to do.

The next stage for Top Class Actions arrived when me and my small team used our skills finding people on the internet for settlement claims to start finding a slightly different type of consumer to help, those seeking justice.

At this point, Top Class Actions started helping attorneys find potential plaintiffs for new class action lawsuits. When a class action lawsuit is about to be filed, the attorneys need to find an ideal plaintiff to file the case. Someone who bought the product or service and had a problem, or felt they didn’t get what they were promised or paid for. We put that problem out there to our viewers who are looking for justice and BOOM, a long list of potential plaintiffs line up to speak to the attorneys handling the case.

We had the right bones on our website to get the word out about cases to people who are eligible to join. Ever since we connected those dots from investigations to settlements, Top Class Actions really took off.

Nowadays, Top Class Actions is the biggest class action news site on the internet. We cover all of the most important cases, policies, and laws. If it’s about class actions, chances are you can find information about it on our platforms.

My goal was always to write legal news that is helpful to consumers. I always wanted to make sure that our stuff was accessible and helpful. I always wanted to be truthful with our viewers.

That’s why people come back to us, because they trust us to give them the honest truth.

So now you know. I started Top Class Actions to help spread the word about an important piece of the American legal system. I’m here to help the little guys, the consumers, the folks that need a voice, so that they can get justice, and get the cash they’re due.

Because everyone ought to get that cash. If you don’t claim it, someone else gets it, so why NOT make sure you submit a claim for every single penny you’re legally due?

If you need potential plaintiffs for class actions or mass torts please reach out to me today. Our viewers need you.
