Texas Woman Files Vaginal Mesh Implant Lawsuit Against Physician

On September 24, 2012, a new vaginal mesh implant lawsuit joined the many transvaginal mesh lawsuits being filed across the United States. This one was by a Texas resident, who filed in Harris County U.S. District Court.
