WISP agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that it violated federal and state privacy laws by disclosing customer information to third parties.
The WISP settlement benefits consumers who purchased a product on hellowisp.com between Feb. 1, 2018, and Sept. 9, 2025.
The class action lawsuit claims that WISP violated the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act and other privacy laws by disclosing customer information to third parties without consent. This disclosure allegedly occurred through the use of Meta Pixel and other tracking technologies.
