Refund amounts will vary depending on several factors, including how many people submit a claim. No refund estimates are available at this time.
There is no exclusion and objection deadline for this settlement.
The settlement was finalized in a stipulated order May 22, 2023.
To receive a Response Marketing FTC refund, consumers must submit a valid claim form by June 19, 2024. Individuals who receive a check should cash it within 90 days, and those who receive a PayPal payment should check it within 30 days.
