Christian Dior agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims surrounding a 2025 data breach that compromised customer information.

The Dior class action settlement benefits individuals who received a notice from Christian Dior informing them that their personal information may have been compromised in a data breach in January 2025.

The class action lawsuit claimed Christian Dior failed to protect consumer information from a data breach in January 2025. As a result, hackers allegedly gained access to sensitive consumer information, such as names, addresses, contact information, dates of birth, government identification numbers and even Social Security numbers.

Christian Dior is a luxury fashion brand that sells clothing, accessories and cosmetics.

Dior has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the data breach class action lawsuit.

Under the terms of the Dior settlement, class members can receive up to $1,500 for documented losses resulting from the data breach. This includes identity theft, fraud and fees for credit reports. Class members must provide documentation of these expenses to receive reimbursement.

Class members whose Social Security numbers were compromised in the data breach can receive an additional one-time payment of $100. No documentation is required to claim this payment.

All class members, regardless of whether they experienced losses as a result of the data breach, can receive two years of free credit monitoring through the settlement.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is May 25, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the Dior class action settlement is scheduled for June 22, 2026.

To receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by May 25, 2026.
