FCA US LLC agreed to a $3.8 million class action settlement to resolve claims it failed to pay hourly workers overtime wages.

The FCA class action settlement benefits current and former hourly employees who worked for FCA US in the United States between Feb. 10, 2020, and May 12, 2025.

FCA US, a subsidiary of Stellantis, is an automotive manufacturer that produces vehicles under the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat brands. Stellantis has several manufacturing facilities across the country.

According to a class action lawsuit against FCA US, the company failed to pay hourly workers overtime wages. Plaintiffs in the case say FCA US failed to properly calculate their regular rates of pay when compensating them for overtime work.

FCA US has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $3.795 million to resolve the allegations.

Under the terms of the FCA US settlement, class members can receive a cash payment based on the number of workweeks they worked during the class period. Class members who worked a higher number of workweeks will receive a larger share of the net settlement fund.

Half of each settlement payment will be considered wages for tax purposes, while the other half will be considered liquidated damages. Class members may receive a W-2 form and a 1099 form for their unpaid wages settlement payment.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is June 22, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the FCA US settlement is scheduled for Aug. 25, 2026.

No claim form is required to benefit from the FCA US class action settlement. Class members who do not exclude themselves will automatically receive settlement benefits.
