Kentucky residents could benefit from a $285,500 SpinX settlement resolving claims the gaming company ran illegal gambling websites.
The settlement benefits Kentucky residents who spent $5 or more on within a 24-hour period on
- Cash Frenzy between Dec. 18, 2018, and Feb. 24, 2021
- Lotsa Slots between March 27, 2019, and Feb. 4, 2021

Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit claim SpinX violated Kentucky’s gambling laws with its casino game apps. These apps allegedly used virtual coins purchased with real money, which the plaintiffs argue is true gambling and illegal under state laws.
SpinX Games is a casino app developer that specializes in slots games.
SpinX hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $285,500 to resolve the gambling class action lawsuit.
Under the terms of the SpinX settlement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. Payment amounts will vary depending on the number of valid claims filed. No payment estimates are available at this time.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is Aug. 1, 2024.
The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Sept. 16, 2024.
To receive a SpinX settlement payment, class members must submit a valid claim form by Nov. 12, 2024.

One thought on $285.5K SpinX Kentucky gambling class action settlement
Too bad for the people who don’t live in Kentucky. I’ve had serious issues with Lotsa Slots. I’ve spent way more than I want to admit. Worse now because you can’t finish anything unless you spend money and they raised the prices, the lowest amount for a purchase is $5. They all claim that the game is free. It’s definitely free to install, but in order to get anywhere you need to pay. In the last year, things have changed so much, that it’s obvious Spinx only wants you to pay for getting anywhere. They have even changed the way the in game support is supposed to work depending on your level. I have no doubt that I paid for someone’s vacation, or car, and I know plenty of other players who feel the same way. If a class action lawsuit against Sphinx starts on the East Coast, I’ll be the first one to sign up and show receipts
