The Ticketmaster class action settlement resolves allegations that the company charged excessive processing fees to customers through its website as a way to generate profits for the ticket sellers.

Class Members of the Ticketmaster settlement included all U.S. residents who bought tickets through Ticketmaster’s website between Oct. 21, 1999 and Feb. 27, 2013 and were charged an Order Processing Fee that was not fully refunded.

Under the terms of the settlement, Class Members received at least one ticket code that is redeemable for two general admission seats at designated concert events at Live Nation owned or operated venues.

Ticketmaster denied all claims of wrongdoings but agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the risk and cost of further litigation.

Every show that we can use pur tickets on are all stating they no longer have seats for rhose of us using our codes. Are we going to have to file a sui again stating unfair practices while setteling the previous suit Thwy gave us the codes but most od us cant usw them

  2. Care says:

There are no more eligible shows for me to collect on my 4 ticket codes. This is absurd and ridiculous. It says they will update with more shows, but unless you are on when they are released these codes will be worthless. It seems as though this settlement is a mess

    I have purchased ticketmaster tickets

  4. Lisa Hoover says:

I had 6 codes for free tickets to the events in my area. They said there were tickets but it would not accept any of my codes…. So upsetting, I feel ripped off!

I got codes as well, but out of the 450 listed events, none of them are in my home state of Colorado. I hope there is more coming, or ticketmaster will lose my business permanently.

  7. tracy smith says:

I got codes but there are no events to use them on

  8. Jela says:

I had FREE Ticket codes in my voucher section on Ticketmaster yesterday, five (5) to be exact, plus about six (6) $2.25 off coupons. Today there are ZERO of the FREE Vouchers in my account. Do we know what happened? Also they have yet to post any concerts or shows where we can use these ticker codes

    1. Bree says:

I emailed the litigation email that is provided on the settlement regarding not receiving my vouchers and they responded they were added to my account June 18th. Still nothing in my active vouchers. I emailed the litigation email again and Ticketmaster on the 23rd. Still waiting on a response.
