Sanofi-Aventis, the Taxotere manufacturer, has been hit with another lawsuit alleging that the company’s chemotherapy drug caused serious and even permanent hair loss problems for the cancer patients that use it.

This most recent lawsuit targeting the Taxotere manufacturer was filed by Ohio resident Linda R. Linda began chemotherapy treatment with Taxotere or another docetaxel drug around Nov. 30, 2007, and continued with it as part of her chemo regimen through Jan. 11, 2008.

Linda’s March 2017 hair loss lawsuit was filed against Taxotere manufacturer Sanofi-Aventis on multiple counts, including failure to warn, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation and concealment, breach of express warranty, and several others.

Permanent Taxotere Hair Loss

Taxotere lawsuits like Linda’s claim that the chemo drug caused serious hair loss problems.
