Crest Toothpaste Neat Squeeze Dispenser Class Action Lawsuit

A group of unhappy Crest users have filed a class action lawsuit against Procter & Gamble (NASDAQ: PG) claiming that its Crest “Neat Squeeze” toothpaste dispenser leaves as much as 20 percent of the toothpaste in the tube, cheating them out of “the full value of their purchase.”The angry toothbrushers say they were lured into buying Crest Neat Squeeze because of the advertised benefit that there is less mess associated with its use.
“The label goes on to describe how the innovative packaging works, but then fails to disclose that, due to its defective design, the consumer will be unable to dispense a significant quality of toothpaste once the Neat Squeeze fails, as they all inevitable do,” the Crest Neat Squeeze class action lawsuit states. “What Defendant fails to explain is that the full volume of toothpaste will not be dispensed, no matter how hard the consumer tries to squeeze.”
Plaintiffs in the Crest Neat Squeeze toothpaste class action lawsuit say this constitutes False Advertising, Fraudulent Concealment, Breach of Express Warranty, Negligent Misrepresentation and violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. They are seeking to represent a proposed nationwide class of all U.S. residents who purchased one or more units of Crest Toothpaste in the Neat Squeeze dispenser at any time within the past four years, and a sub-class of California consumers who purchased the product during the same time period.
The Crest toothpaste class action lawsuit is seeking compensatory damages equal to the value of the unusable toothpaste paid for by Class Members, restitution, attorney and court fees, and injunctive relief.

It was a terrible design. I still have a couple left and can’t stand them.
OMG that’s why I can’t find them anymore. It is a tube of toothpaste for goodness sake, not gold. I loved the design, don’t care if occasionally it broke. People need to get a life!!
If you are so stupid that you can ‘t figure out that once in a while you have to shake the paste down, then I don’t know what this world is coming to. Used this as long as it was available and NEVER had a problem, duh !!!!
