Add me
I did not receive a check and my information was compromised.
Didn’t get check yet either
We have not received a check yet, do you know who we could contact in order to follow-up.
I was in this lawsuit and didnt get a check who do I contact
The same thing with me. I have emailed them countless times and call them and still nothing, last notification August 2017 saying they do not know when checks will be mailed. I just not understand the rationale here. The least the administrators could do is to tell each plaintiff why they will pay them or not, particularly if you have a claim number and they want your address, as they did for me. I emailed them with my address, (I moved since the time the claim was filed) and no response.
