Scammed a number of years ago by a Timeshare Resale Exit company. Now they are out of business. I have our papers our payments in excess of $5, 200 PLUS I had to pay the timeshare itself exit money to get out and they are STILL in existence.
I am seeking a lawyer to represent me in a lawsuit against Wells Fargo. My mother and I had a joint checking account. When my mother passed away, I called SSA to inform them so they could stop her monthly SSI. Wells Fargo, closed her account but never bothered to check if I too had passed. When I called Wells Fargo, they told me the monies in the account were given to the State of Arizona. The State of Arizona claims they received ZERO money in mothers name. I called Wells Fargo Estate department and they told me that since BOTH people on the account had died, the account was closed at the branch. EXCUSE ME, I have NOT died (yet) and feel Wells Fargo is keeping the monies in excess of $200k that was in the account.
File a police report…contact better business bureau consumer affairs…send your facts certified mail…
I have no comment.
Add me on this lawsuit
Some class actions I should qualify for, I no longer, only because I no longer live where one must have during the time. I had two notify me I didn’t since I moved. The periods were from times I did live there and was affected. I wish they gave a spot on forms to give prior addresses of the time. People, stop writing add me. It’s ridiculous. You have to do the work and fill out the forms and other asked for information, plus sign your name under the penalty of perjury. Don’t click on Facebook for those file claim ads. Many are scams.
Listen EVERYONE, there is NO OFFICIAL Class Action Lawsuit against TEMU for you to sign up!!! If the place says there is, IT’S A SCAM!!!

In ANY Class Action Lawsuit, YOU are the one who must submit an official claim on the settlement’s website BEFORE the “Claim Deadline” passes. NO ONE can “add you” or submit a claim FOR YOU. Submitting a claim to a lawsuit is “under penalty of perjury.” For the purposes of explanation ONLY: Let’s say that you weren’t affected by Temu, but you submit a claim anyways.
1.) MORALLY: You will have taken money away from people who were ACTUALLY affected. How? The total settlement amount gets divided equally (or otherwise specified) among EVERYONE who made a claim. If you lied, what’s the possibility that others did as well? This just continues to lower the amount for those who were really affected.
2.) LAWFULLY (the court’s actual reason): You have just committed perjury, a serious federal crime as Class Action Lawsuits are under Federal pervue. It is classified as a FELONY crime. Perjury is knowingly making false statements under oath either in a federal or state proceedings. In THIS CASE, if found guilty, you could be sentenced for up to 5 years in FEDERAL prison, pay substantial fines (up to $250,000), receive probation, and have a PERMANENT criminal record (which affects future employment, housing, and professional licensing). If this was the state level, punishments vary from state to state and CAN EVEN BE worse than the federal level.
Thanks Soo much for explaining…to all add me..
