Consumers may be eligible to claim cash, vouchers or reimbursements from 10 class action settlements closing this month. These settlements involve major companies, including Google, Delta Air Lines, Ashley HomeStore, ZOA Energy and Lemonaid Health. Key eligibility rules, deadlines and potential payouts are outlined below.

OptumRx unsolicited calls settlement

OptumRx agreed to pay $1.86 million to resolve allegations that consumers received clinical adherence calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice without proper consent. The class action lawsuit alleged these calls violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which restricts certain automated calls without permission.

The settlement benefits individuals who received OptumRx clinical adherence calls that used an artificial or prerecorded voice since April 20, 2020. These calls exclude prescription refill reminders and COVID-19 vaccine calls.

Claim Deadline: Feb. 4, 2026

Potential Award: Between $72 and $135

Mid America Pet Food pet food recall settlement

Mid America Pet Food agreed to pay $5.5 million to resolve claims tied to recalled pet food products sold under multiple brands. The class action lawsuit alleged consumers incurred losses after the products were recalled due to salmonella contamination, including having to discard food and, in some situations, dealing with pet illness. 

The settlement benefits consumers who purchased covered recalled pet food products and pet owners who suffered losses related to pet illness or death tied to the recall.

Claim Deadline: Feb. 5, 2026
Potential Award: Refunds for eligible pet food purchases and up to $50 per pet illness, $100 per pet death and documented injury claims up to $100,000.

Delta Air Lines jet fuel dumping settlement

Delta Air Lines agreed to pay $78.75 million to resolve claims related to an incident in which jet fuel was jettisoned over parts of Southern California during an emergency flight. The class action lawsuit alleged residents and property owners in impacted areas experienced harm connected to the fuel dumping incident. 

The settlement benefits people who owned, lived in or rented properties in the area affected by Delta Flight DL89 on Jan. 14, 2020. Affected properties are identified via the settlement resources. 

Claim Deadline: Feb. 6, 2026

Potential Award: Varies depending on the property type and the amount of fuel that fell in the property.

Ashley HomeStore pricing and discount advertising settlement

Ashley HomeStore agreed to pay $750,000 to resolve claims that certain advertised “original” or “regular” prices made discounts appear larger than they really were for some purchases in California. The class action lawsuit alleged shoppers were misled by reference pricing used to promote sale prices.

The settlement benefits California consumers who bought products from an Ashley HomeStore between March 9, 2017, and March 27, 2022, where the “original price” or “regular price” was at least 10% greater than the “invoice price.”

Claim Deadline: Feb. 10, 2026

Potential Award: A minimum $35 store voucher

DuPont PFAS contamination settlement

DuPont agreed to pay $27 million to resolve claims that perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), a type of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), contaminated certain water supplies in and around Hoosick Falls/Hoosick, New York. The class action lawsuit alleged residents and property owners were exposed to contaminated water and sought compensation tied to medical monitoring or property-related impacts. 

The settlement benefits individuals who lived in the Village of Hoosick Falls or the Town of Hoosick for at least six months between 1996 and 2016, consumed water from a municipal water system or private well with detected PFOA contamination and had a blood serum test showing PFOA levels above 1.86 µg/L.

Claim Deadline: Feb. 11, 2026

Potential Award: Payments depend on property damage and medical monitoring benefits

Kaiser Permanente text message settlement

Kaiser Permanente agreed to pay $10.5 million to resolve allegations that some consumers received automated text messages after opting out. The class action lawsuit alleged the texts continued despite “stop” or similar opt-out requests, violating consumer protection laws, such as the TCPA.

The settlement benefits consumers who received more than one text from Kaiser Foundation Health Plan from Jan. 21, 2021, through Aug. 20, 2025. It also benefits Florida consumers who received more than one text message after texting “stop” at least 15 days before the messages were sent. 

Claim Deadline: Feb. 12, 2026

Potential Award: Up to $75 per message

Joybird and La-Z-Boy deceptive discounts settlement

Joybird and La-Z-Boy agreed to pay $7.15 million to resolve claims that certain discount advertising used inflated reference prices, making sale prices look like a bigger deal than they were. The class action lawsuit alleged consumers in certain states were misled when buying Joybird products advertised as discounted.

The settlement benefits consumers in California, Oregon and Washington who purchased products from Joybird at a sale price between Dec. 18, 2019, and Oct. 31, 2025.

Claim Deadline: Feb. 13, 2026

Potential Award: $115 cash or store credit 

ZOA Energy ‘0 preservatives’ settlement

ZOA Energy agreed to pay $3 million to resolve claims that certain drinks labeled “0 preservatives” allegedly contained preservatives. The class action lawsuit claimed the marketing could have led shoppers to pay more for drinks they believed had no preservatives.

The settlement benefits consumers who bought ZOA Energy drinks labeled “0 preservatives” between March 1, 2021, and Nov. 21, 2025.

Claim Deadline: Feb. 20, 2026

Potential Award: Up to $150

Lemonaid Health privacy settlement

Lemonaid Health agreed to pay $3.25 million to resolve claims that tracking tools on its website shared certain consumer data with third parties without consent. The class action lawsuit alleged this practice exposed sensitive information tied to users’ interactions with the site.

The settlement benefits people who visited Lemonaid Health’s website between June 30, 2019, and July 14, 2025. 

Claim Deadline: Feb. 23, 2026

Potential Award: TBD

Google Play Store antitrust settlement

Google agreed to pay $630 million to settle claims brought by U.S. states alleging anticompetitive conduct involving app distribution and in-app billing through Google Play Store. The class action lawsuit alleged that Google monopolized app distribution and in-app billing services through Google Play Store, forcing consumers to pay inflated prices for apps and in-app purchases.

The settlement covers consumers who made a qualifying purchase through Google Play Store or Google Play Billing between Aug. 16, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2023.

Claim Deadline: No claim form required.

Potential Award: At least $2
