Is there a Class Action Lawsuit investigation into American Dream Auto Protect. Terrible company that charges a o cancel a membership. They don’t pay claims by finding ways to avoid it. They advertise as “Best Customer Service” but are far from it.
This may not count, but my 1999 Chevy Tahoe has been broke down for years now. Everything was working great until you hit a bump, and then the RPMs drop until it almost dies! I think it has something to do with the computer part but we only got to drive it for 30 days after we purchased it. So if you get data that involves the 98-99

If you ever have a law suit for Auto Nation Honda please let me know. I took my Honda Prelude to the service department, told them that my car was tiptronic, and they said they knew about it. They completely destroyed my car. They did nothing I asked them to do, and not my car is not driveable. I was quoted 800 dollars, they kept my car for four months, I had to find and pay for all of the parts on e-bay, and when I went to pick the car up it had gone from 800 dollars to to 1770 dollars. The rear lights stayed on, even when the car was completely off, the door handle still doesn’t work, and the tiptronic transmission no longer works, and neither does the speedometer works, and the only thing I took my car in for, is that the battery was not holding a charge, the door handle was not working, and the drivers side window was slow to go up and down, now my car does not work at all.
It is illegal to do additional work on a car without the customer’s permission. That’s your fault paying it. All you needed was to contact the court and you would have got car back for free or maybe had to pay $800. But I doubt it, if you proved all the additional damage. Depending on length of time you can still sue them.
Are you seriously saying it was their fault? All they had to do was contact the court. Do you know how long that takes? What if that is their only car and they can’t afford to wait? It’s not the consumers fault that the auto shop did work without telling them.
Ok thanks
I need money just like the rest of you, who we suing today?
You you know you owe me money
