A house represents one of the most significant financial investments a person can make. Accordingly, many homeowners dedicate substantial effort and money to safeguard that investment and ensure that their residence remains in optimal condition.

Maintaining a proper gutter system is one significant way to ensure the structural integrity of your home. A functional gutter system will minimize the risk of water damage and preserve your exterior walls, roof, and foundation. Because gutters require periodic cleaning to avoid debris buildup, many consumers turn to gutter guards to reduce upkeep and ensure the system continues to flow freely.

When these products do not work as advertised, they can cause damage to your home and your pocketbook.

Do you qualify?

If you own a home in California and had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed in the past three years, you may qualify for a class action lawsuit investigation. Fill out the form to learn more.

LeafFilter gutter guards

LeafFilter gutter guards have a micromesh cover that is installed directly over a home’s existing gutters. The cover provides a barrier that is intended to keep leaves and debris from entering the gutter channel. The LeafFilter system is supposed to help protect a home’s gutters and downspouts from damage by preventing clogs and ensuring the free flow of water.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection is often sold through high-pressure sales techniques. Customers are goaded into making a quick decision to spend a significant amount of money, sometimes upward of $10,000, to purchase the LeafFilter system. When that system does not perform as it was supposed to, customers can feel like they were taken advantage of.
