Prime-Line received five reports of the recalled doorknobs breaking and causing laceration injuries that resulted in stitches, the CPSC says.
The company sold the glass doorknobs for $20 to $45 from February 2022 to April 2023 at home improvement stores nationwide and online at amazon.com and wayfair.com, among other websites, according to the recall.Â
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled doorknobs and contact Prime-Line directly to receive instructions on how they can obtain a full refund, according to the recall notice.
