The class action settlement benefits individuals who received a data breach notification from Nevada Restaurant Services informing them their information may have been compromised during a Jan. 16, 2021 data breach.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Sept. 17, 2024.
Nationwide Vision to pay $3.5M over 2021 data breach claims
Nationwide Vision agreed to pay $3.5 million to put an end to claims the company failed to protect the information of its patients and employees during a 2021 data breach.
The class action settlement benefits current and former patients, customers, employees, members and covered dependents of Nationwide Optometry, Nationwide Vision Center and Sightcare whose data may have been exposed during a data breach between April 20, 2021, and May 17, 2021.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Sept. 23, 2024.
MCG Health agrees to pay $8.8M to end 2020 data breach claims
MCG Health agreed to pay $8.8 million to resolve claims involving a 2020 data breach.
The class action settlement benefits individuals whose personal information was exposed during the data breach involving MCG Health in February 2020.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Sept. 30, 2024.
Group 1001 to pay $4.76M over claims it failed to protect consumer from breach
Group 1001 agreed to pay $4.76 million to put an end to claims the financial services company failed to protect the information of consumers during a 2023 data breach.
The class action settlement benefits Group 1001 customers, employees, dependants, payees and others whose personal information may have been compromised during the data breach in February 2023.
Individuals who want to make a claim to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Oct. 10, 2024.
U-Haul to pay $5.085M over 2022, 2023 data breach claims
U-Haul agreed to pay $5.085 million to resolve claims involving data breaches in 2022 and 2023.
The class action settlement benefits individuals whose personal information was compromised in the U-Haul data breaches in either September 2022 or December 2023.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Oct. 15, 2024.
Michigan to pay $55M over unemployment insurance claims
Michigan agreed to pay $55 million to end claims the state failed to properly handle collections appeals involving unemployment insurance.
The settlement benefits individuals from whom the State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency collected money in the midst of a protest or pending appeal, after a claimant had tried to protest or appeal the collection but was unable to access services or after a claimant submitted a protest or appeal that was unprocessed between March 1, 2020, and April 25, 2024.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Nov. 4, 2024.
Toyota settles claims it sold RAV4 SUVs with defective batteries
Toyota agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims the automaker sold SUVs equipped with defective batteries that could lead to power loss or electrical fires.
The class action settlement benefits current and former owners and lessees of 2013-2018 RAV4 vehicles covered by Recall 23V-734 as of June 25, 2024.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by July 1, 2025.
Dodge Ram owners can benefit from $6M defective diesel engine settlement
FCA and Cummins agreed to pay $6 million to end claims some Dodge Ram trucks contain defective diesel engines.
The class action settlement benefits purchasers and lessors of new 2013-2015 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 trucks with Cummins diesel engines purchased between Nov. 26, 2015, and July 13, 2016, in a number of U.S. states.
No claim form is required to benefit from the class action settlement. Individuals who would like to opt out of the settlement must do so by Aug. 21, 2024.
Bank of America to pay $21M to end claims fees violated account agreements
Bank of America agreed to pay $21 million to resolve claims the financial institution charged its customers fees that violated their account agreements.
The class action settlement benefits individuals with a Bank of America consumer checking or savings account who were charged certain wire transfer fees on incoming payments between March 8, 2019, and Aug. 31, 2023.
No claim form is required to benefit from the class action settlement. Individuals who would like to opt out of the settlement must do so by Sept. 21, 2024.
Southern Wine and Spirits to pay $5.5M over claims it charged excessive late fees
Southern Wine and Spirits agreed to pay $5.5 million to end claims the wine and spirits distributor charged excessive late fees.
The class action settlement benefits customers of California Southern Wine and Spirits who did business with the company between June 13, 2010, and June 20, 2023.
No claim form is required to benefit from the Southern Wine and Spirits settlement.
