Balfour Beatty Infrastructure agreed to a $350,000 class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it violated state and federal law by running employment background checks without the proper disclosures.

The class action lawsuit settlement benefits individuals who were the subject of a consumer report prepared for employment with Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. between Aug. 13, 2019, and Feb. 28, 2022.

Are there any exceptions? I missed the deadline. Only reason as I also was an employee of Balfour Beatty. I had my credit ran for the assistant community manager position as well as for an apartment. Please allow my request
