- Congratulations to everyone who filed a claim and got PAID!
Ashley Furniture agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims that it advertised discounts using misleading reference pricing — tricking consumers into thinking they were getting a good deal. No proof of purchase is required for consumers to submit a claim under the class action lawsuit settlement.
The settlement benefits consumers who purchased one or more products from Ashley Furniture that were advertised at a discount from a regular or original price online between April 13, 2018, and March 31, 2022, or in-store between March 9, 2017, and March 31, 2022.
According to the class action lawsuit, Ashley Furniture advertised inaccurate sales on its website and in stores by using misleading “original prices” that did not reflect the actual value of the products. These fake discounts allegedly tricked consumers into making purchases they otherwise would not have.
Ashley Furniture is a national furniture store with physical stores and an online presence.
Ashley Furniture hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the reference pricing class action lawsuit.
Under the terms of the settlement, class members can receive one voucher that can be used at Ashley Furniture stores or online. Each voucher is worth $30 and will remain valid for 180 days. No proof of purchase is required for participation in the class action lawsuit settlement.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is Dec. 23, 2023.
The final approval hearing for the Ashley Furniture reference pricing settlement is scheduled for Jan. 19, 2024.
In order to receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by Dec. 23, 2023.

Qualify yes – but no Thank you a $30 voucher-slap in the face of customers. Can I have cash instead as I will never shop there again……worse then buying a used car. Ashley is a scam store that treats customers horribly and then tries to deliver broken furniture. They delivered a table with two broken chairs. I refused the entire shipment and made them take it all back. If I had taken any piece of it I would have been for waiting for chairs.
My wife and I went through the same thing with Ashley. She purchased 2 coffee tables and a super deluxe LR/computer table for me. Upon arrival, the deluxe table was broken, Along with 2 subsequent tables that they try to deliver, And the coffee tables were unfinished as far as the stain went. Ashley could not get it right.
I waited 4 months for my Big sale item to get delivered. it sagged on both sides within 2 months of owning it, Ashley furniture is overpriced trash
Add Me I brought Ashley Furniture

A $30 store voucher from Ashley Furniture is no better than a slap in the face. I bought furniture at the Ashley store because it was advertised as a ‘Big Sale Event’. Even after working with the store manager to get the best prices, the $2,800 I spent turned out to be a big waste on way over-priced, very poorly made garbage that has had many ptoblems, and is still not right to this day (even though they have sent numerous “repairmen” to my house. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again and I share my story about them often to warn friends to stay away from trouble. They can cram there pittiful $30 store voucher where the sun don’t shine.
Please add me.
Bought a dining room table at Ashley. In the store it was something like $600. Online it was $400. Had to show the saleslady the web price to get it.
ADD PLEASE
I don’t remember if mine was advertised as on sale or not, it’s been so long that it’s not worth the voucher amount.
