Premium Brands OpCo LLC, which operates Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores, has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it advertised false discounts.
The Ann Taylor settlement benefits consumers who purchased one or more products at a purported discount at Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores in California, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington or Wisconsin and did not receive a refund or credit for their purchases.
Eligible purchase periods vary based on state, as follows:
- California: Sept. 4, 2020 to Nov. 4, 2024
- New York: Sept. 4, 2021 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Ohio: Sept. 4, 2022 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Oregon: Sept. 4, 2023 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Pennsylvania: Sept. 4, 2018 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Texas: Sept. 4, 2022 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Washington: Sept. 4, 2020 to Nov. 4, 2024
- Wisconsin: Sept. 4, 2021 to Nov. 4, 2024
According to the class action lawsuit, Premium Brands OpCo advertised discounted prices on products at its Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores that were actually just the regular price.
Premium Brands OpCo is a clothing company that operates Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores.
Premium Brands has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the false discount class action lawsuit.
Under the terms of the Loft Outlet settlement, class members can receive a settlement voucher that can be applied for up to $11 toward any purchase at Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores. These vouchers will apply to the purchase prices offered to the general public and will be transferable to others without restriction. The vouchers will be usable in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is Sept. 10, 2025.
The final approval hearing for the Loft Outlet settlement is scheduled for Nov. 14, 2025.
To receive a settlement voucher, class members may need to submit a valid claim form by Sept. 10, 2025. Class members who have an email address on file with the settlement administrator will automatically receive an Ann Taylor settlement voucher. Class members who do not have an email address on file will need to submit a claim form to receive a settlement voucher.
Who’s Eligible
Consumers who purchased one or more products at a purported discount at Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores in CA, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA or WI and did not receive a refund or credit for their purchases.

New York: Sept. 4, 2021 to Nov. 4, 2024
Ohio: Sept. 4, 2022 to Nov. 4, 2024

Texas: Sept. 4, 2022 to Nov. 4, 2024
Washington: Sept. 4, 2020 to Nov. 4, 2024
Wisconsin: Sept. 4, 2021 to Nov. 4, 2024
