TCA Staff Tidbit: RingtonesHere’s one more ringtone class action lawsuit settlement. These are coming to a close after the plethora of commercials you used to see on MTV and late night advertising Joke of the Day, Ringtone of the Day, Wallpaper of the day, etc., subscription programs. The first one was free but they tended to automatically sign you up for a subscription which you would pay for until you got sick of it and called your cell phone carrier to cancel. The m-Qube Ringtone/Mobile Content class action lawsuit settlement is just one of many, but, it’s an easy claim process so don’t miss out on your $10 (or more) if you’re one of the affected class members.

RingtoneThis is especially important if you got sucked into a subscription program. You may have paid a significant amount of cash, and could get $20, $40 or more back. It might take you some time to scan through your mobile bills online at your cell carriers website but if 15 minutes of research gets you $40 or $50 that might just be worth it. Don’t wait, make sure to submit your claim now!
