Costco agreed to pay $525,000 to resolve allegations it failed to refund consumers for cancelled Costco executive membership costs.Â
Class Members were eligible to recover a free year of a Costco membership or up to $15 in cash.
The deadline for claims was Nov. 24, 2020.
The Costco Executive Membership Class Action Lawsuit is Pearlstone v. Costco Wholesale Corp., Case No. 4:18-cv-00630-SRC, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Trader Joe’s Tuna Class Action Settlement Checks
