Update from the President of TCADid you have a happy turkey day? I hope so! Thanksgiving around the Hardy home was great for the simple fact that I had my wife and beautiful daughter with me. Granted, my daughter and I were sick and that wasn’t fun, but having my wife there to take care of us (AND still cook a turkey!) is a blessing. I’m thankful for my family! Onto the update. We’ve been busy talking to attorneys about new class actions about to be filed, and also some large settlements that are coming down the pipe. I’ll be back on ABC News in Phoenix, AZ by the end of the month. I’m heading into the station for my interview with Joe Ducey on Thursday. We tend to record two or three segments all in one sitting. Remember, if you submit a complaint via the form on the left it may be reviewed by attorneys and/or consumer investigators like Joe. They’re there to help and can REALLY make a difference. If you’re curious about some of the things I’m working on (from settlements to closing our next round of funding) you can follow my PERSONAL Twitter account. I can’t guarantee you’ll find everything interesting but I try to only post items which might be interesting to the budding entrepreneur or the geek within you. The Top Class Actions Twitter feed will continue to operate, but, it tends to be pretty topical. My personal Twitter feed is whatever I feel like putting up. Hooray! http://twitter.com/jscotthardy That’s all for this month. Thanks for supporting Top Class Actions! Warm Regards, Scott Hardy President and CEO of Top Class Actions LLC |
