The Bosch 800 series microwave oven/oven combos and other similar products allegedly have a defect that causes the control panel to fade and dim or become unreadable over time.
The settlement will benefit anyone in the United States and its territories who, during the class period, purchased a new class product, acquired a new class product as part of the purchase or remodel of a home or received as a gift, from a donor meeting those requirements, a new class product not used by the donor or anyone else after the donor purchased the item and before the donor gave it to the class member.
