Intel Corp. and Hewlett-Packard Co. have reached a class action lawsuit settlement over claims Intel manipulated the performance benchmark scores its first-generation Pentium 4 processors. The class action lawsuit also alleges that the Hewlett-Packard aided Intel with the deceptive practice.

I never received my check, how do I find out what happened to it?
Received $15 check in Calif.
Got a check for 15.00 in NJ white envelope!
Received today 1-2-16 a check for 15.00. I live in IL.
The Court held the Fairness Hearing on June 25, 2014 and approved the settlement on June 27, 2014, however appeals were filed, and we do not know at this time how long it will take to resolve these appeals.
Payments will be mailed to Class Members after all appeals have been resolved and all of the claims are processed. Accurate claims processing takes time and we appreciate your patience. At this time we don’t know how much time it will take to resolve any appeals that were filed, but it could take up to a few years. You can visit the website, send an email or call periodically for updates.
Thank you,
