The Court held the Fairness Hearing on June 25, 2014 and approved the settlement on June 27, 2014, however appeals were filed, and we do not know at this time how long it will take to resolve these appeals.
Payments will be mailed to Class Members after all appeals have been resolved and all of the claims are processed. Accurate claims processing takes time and we appreciate your patience. At this time we don’t know how much time it will take to resolve any appeals that were filed, but it could take up to a few years. You can visit the website, send an email or call periodically for updates.
