Spencer, Mcauley and Jossart claim Ticketmaster and Live Nation are guilty of negligence and negligence per se, unjust enrichment and breach of implied contract, and violating Californiaโs Unfair Competition Law.ย ย
The plaintiffs demand a jury trial and request declaratory and injunctive relief and an award of actual, nominal, statutory, consequential and punitive damages for themselves and all class members.ย

I have had several accounts that I have had to close. And 1 that authorized unauthorized charges through ticketmaster. I contacted ticketmaster and was told the charges would be stopped, but they were not. And several more tried to come through after that
I recโd an email from Ticketmaster on 7/2/24 notifying me of a recent โdata security incident โ that may have involved my personal information. They listed a timeline of when the โunauthorized activityโ occurred & said that they determined that some of my personal information may have been affected. Yes, I am interested in being included in this class action. Thank you.
I received a letter and am affected
I also received a letter from Ticketmaster alerting me of a data breach. They suggested I put a credit freeze on my accounts as well as monitor my accounts and place a fraud alert. But no mention of anything that they would do to help. Sign me up for a class action suit.
I was affected by Ticketmaster; 3 separate transactions taken out of my account.
Please add me also
I have used ticket master and would like to be added to the list
I recently received a letter from Ticketmaster stating my personal information was stolen from their database. I donโt understand how this can happen and all they have to do is send me a letter informing me. They need to do better than that bc they was supposed to protect that information. It makes me not want to ever but a ticket again.
Please add me too. Thank you
