I received a letter from Mount Sinai Hospital located on Miami Beach in Florida some years back stating that an employee had stolen my personal information and was using it. The letter also stated that criminal charges were brought against the employee. Since then I have had all kinds of credit issues even accounts being opened in my name by other unknown parties.
