Umcka ColdCare Target of Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Homeopathic cold and flu remedies are becoming more and more popular among consumers these days. One of the most popular homeopathic cold treatments on the market is Umcka ColdCare, from Nature’s Way. Umcka ColdCare is advertised as “clinically proven to speed recovery,” but not all consumers have experienced this promise. That’s why a class action lawsuit investigation has been launched into consumer claims that Umcka ColdCare did not work as advertised.
The main ingredient in Umcka ColdCare is pelargonium sidoides (EPs 7630), which “works with the immune system to help support the body’s own natural defense mechanisms,” according to the Nature’s Way website.
Nature’s Way goes on to claim that Umcka ColdCare “goes beyond symptom relief and actually helps you recover faster.” This is allegedly based on studies that show adults with acute bronchial irritations returned to work two days earlier with EPs 7630.
Despite these claims that Umcka ColdCare is “clinically proven” to work, Natural and Homeopathic Consumer Advocates say these studies may not be based on reliable scientific proof. Many homeopathic cold remedies are so diluted that little to no molecules of the original substance remain; which some argue makes these medicines ineffective for their advertised use.

Pharmaceuticals kill patients everyday and shamelessly point fingers at natural remedies that work. What about stent scandals? What about a low suit on stigmatizing Coconut oil to kill many people in tropical coconut eating countries by making them eating your nasty industrial oils? etc. etc.
I am sold on Umcka, and everyone we’ve recommended it to has been impressed as well.
My wife, a nurse practitioner read of it and now recommends it to her customers. I have 20 years medical experience myself and do not respond to placebos.
This product works.
I have never found a better product than Umcka. Anybody know how I can help Nature’s Way and go against these lawyers? They are so sleazy.
This lawsuit is ridiculous! After taking antibiotics and trying everything else I actually feel better after taking Umcka!!!!!! I am going out to buy more!!
Umcka has proven extremely effective for me and my family. Taking at onset of symptoms has either prevented or lessened our cold/flu symptoms!!!
How is there claim any different than Cold F/X which in my option doesn’t work AT ALL….or more importantly pharmaseuticals that cause serious side effects and even death.
This is ridiculous that natural remedies (which pharmaseuticals are based on) are being targeted!!!
