More than 10,000 Side Effect Cancer Lawsuits Expected

The legal fight against against Takeda Pharmaceuticals and their Type II diabetes drug Actos continues to escalate. The judge overseeing the Actos bladder cancer and severe side effects lawsuits appointed 19 plaintiff attorneys to manage the Actos litigation nationwide in the U.S. The Actos side effects lawsuits allege that use of Actos can lead to tumors, bladder cancer, cardiovascular problems, suicide, schizophrenia, epilepsy and grand mal seizures along with other severe side effects.
