Global E-Trading agreed to a $12.5 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it helped retailers overcharge consumers for Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto and InstaKeto pills.

The Keto pill settlement benefits consumers who purchased a three-pack or five-pack of Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto or InstaKeto pills within the applicable statute of limitations period.

According to the class action lawsuit, Global E-Trading participated in a scheme to help retailers overcharge consumers for Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto and InstaKeto pills. Plaintiffs in the case claim they were overcharged for these products.

This is the second keto pill settlement reached this year. A similar class action settlement involving these same keto supplements was previously reached in California federal court. The $12.5 million Global E-Trading settlement is pending in Florida federal court.

Global E-Trading has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $12.5 million settlement to resolve the class action lawsuit.

Under the terms of the keto pill settlement, class members may receive a cash payment based on how many qualifying products they purchased.

  • Those who bought a three-pack of Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto, or InstaKeto pills may receive up to $149.91.
  • Those who bought a five-pack may receive up to $238.44.

No proof of purchase is required for class members who appear in the shipping records. Those not listed in the records must submit proof of purchase, such as a credit or debit card statement or an order confirmation email.

If the claims exceed the total amount of funds available, payments will be reduced pro rata so that all claims equal the total funds available.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Nov. 18, 2025.

The final approval hearing for the Keto pill settlement is scheduled for Dec. 2, 2025.

The deadline to submit a claim form is Jan. 2, 2026.
