The Casino Fandango settlement benefits anyone whose private information was compromised in the Casino Fandango data breach in June 2024.

According to the class action lawsuit, an unauthorized third party gained access to sensitive consumer information during a data breach in June 2024. Plaintiffs in the case claim that Casino Fandango could have prevented the breach with reasonable cybersecurity measures.
