AllCare Plus Pharmacy has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims that a 2022 data breach compromised sensitive consumer information.
The AllCare Plus Pharmacy settlement benefits individuals whose information was compromised in the AllCare Plus Pharmacy data breach in June 2022.
The breach allegedly compromised names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information, health information, health insurance information, and information about treatments and prescriptions.
AllCare Plus Pharmacy is a pharmacy with locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
AllCare hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve allegations related to the data breach.
Under the terms of the AllCare Plus Pharmacy data breach settlement, class members can receive up to $750 for unreimbursed fraud or identity theft losses, professional fees, credit monitoring costs, and other miscellaneous expenses, and up to $5,000 for extraordinary losses related to fraud or identity theft.
The settlement also provides up to five hours of lost time reimbursement at a rate of $20 per hour, for a total of $100.
In addition, class members can also receive two years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through IDX. These services include at least $1 million in identity theft protection insurance.
Class members who do not wish to claim reimbursement or credit monitoring can choose to receive a $50 alternative cash payment.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is July 3, 2025.
The final approval hearing for the AllCare Plus Pharmacy data breach settlement is scheduled for Aug. 27, 2025.
To receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by July 3, 2025.

Individuals who were impacted by the AllCare Plus Pharmacy data breach in June 2022.
Potential Award
Varies, but includes a $50 cash payout, 2 years of credit monitoring, and identity theft protection insurance.
Proof of Purchase
Documentation of losses, such as bank statements, credit reports, police reports, etc.
